How long will my order take?
Standard pieces take 2–4 weeks. Bespoke work takes 8–10 weeks, sometimes longer.

Can I rush an order?
Contact us at contact@yesmina.world. We will always see how we can accomodate your time frame.

What metals do you work with?
sterling silver, 14ct and 18ct yellow gold, 18ct white gold, and 18ct gold vermeil.

Where do your stones come from?
Australian sapphires and Botswana-sourced diamonds through Botswanamark—transparent, blockchain-traceable, ethically sourced.

Do you resize rings?
Yes. Reach out to contact@yesmina.world and we'll guide you through it.

What if something needs repair?
We stand by our work. Contact us and we'll make it right.

Can I return or exchange?
Because everything is made to order, we don't accept returns or exchanges unless there's a fault. If something isn't right, contact us within 7 days and we'll sort it.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Shipping times vary by location.

How do I care for my jewellery?
Treat it gently. Remove before swimming, showering, sleeping. Store away from other pieces in the A soft cloth cleans it.
