Shipping

Every piece is handmade to order in our studios. Standard pieces take 2–4 weeks to create before shipping. Bespoke work takes 8–12 weeks.

Once your piece is ready, it ships within 3–5 business days.

Australia
Express: 1–3 business days
Standard: 3–7 business days

International
For international orders, please contact us at contact@yesmina.world and we'll provide a shipping quote for your piece.

All orders are tracked and insured. You'll receive tracking details once your piece ships.

Customs & duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties. These are the buyer's responsibility and vary by country.

Lost or stolen shipments
All orders are insured up to $5,000 AUD. For pieces over $5,000, we arrange additional insurance before shipping.

If your order is lost or stolen in transit, contact us immediately at contact@yesmina.world. We'll work with the courier and insurance provider to file a claim. Refunds or replacements are subject to the insurance claim outcome and may take 4–6 weeks.

Signature required
all orders will require signature on delivery. If no one is available to sign, the courier will attempt redelivery or hold for collection.

Returns & exchanges

Every piece is made to order. Once production begins, we don't accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges unless there's a fault.

Damaged or faulty
If your piece arrives damaged or isn't as described, contact us at contact@yesmina.world within 7 days with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or repair at no cost.

Change of mind
We don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Each piece is custom-made for you.

Wrong size
We're happy to help you find the right size before ordering. If you need a resize after delivery, contact us and resizing fees may apply depending on the piece.
