Made to Order
All pieces are made to order. Once production begins, orders can't be cancelled or refunded.

Bespoke Work
Bespoke requires a 50% deposit to begin. The remaining balance is due before shipping. Bespoke work is non-refundable.

Shipping
All shipments are tracked and insured. We're not responsible for delays caused by customs or couriers.

Damages
If your piece arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or repair.

Repairs
We stand by our work. If something needs fixing, reach out.

Privacy
Your information is held securely and never shared. We use it only to fulfil orders and keep you informed if you've opted in.
